Visited the Gant store at McArthur…
Visited the Gant store at McArthur Glenn. Not the first time. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful particularly Sue who spent time searching for sizes and colour. Would definitely recommend this shop.
Don’t use this company
Have had Gant clothing previously but had purchased on high street, first and last time ever ordering on line direct with them , ordered 2 items but only 1 item in package , impossible to get through to anyone on the phone,despite being position 1 in the queue , after 40 minutes still no one to speak to. Will have to open a dispute with my credit card company .
Avoid this company is my strong advise .

GANT is great but eCommerce?
I've been using Gant products for nearly 15-20 years but their eCommerce in UK is one of the worst I have experienced.
I demanded a change of product and wait nearly 8-9 days, when nothing arrived I have called them and Call Center manually approved the changed.
Than I have an email from DPD that they could not send the product to DPD Pick-Up Point so they will send it to my home, but the problem is the 'home' address was the Pick-Up shop and there is no one in my name there. So I called the call center again, they have said to me they'll call me back regarding further investigation in 48 hours, but the parcel already in the way to the pick-up point.
I'm really sorry to experience such a weak eCommerce experience.

First visit to the GANT Outlet store at
Unit 66, McArthurGlen Designer Outlet, Eastern Way, Cannock. Very enjoyable shopping experience in this attractive and spacial store. Wonderful service from Tracy - so helpful with a genuinely friendly and chatty manner. Me and my partner enjoyed a bit of banter with Tom too. Bought 3 shirts/tops and I’m delighted with the Gant top quality and style, at a great price. Wide choices and sizes with sale items on offer too. Looking forward to returning soon. Great product and service
Item ordered and arrived very quickly. Colour was very similar to the description on the website. Good quality fabric and comfortable fit. True to size too not larger. Great purchase I’m happy with purchase.

GANT Chelsea Boots Heel separating after 4 months...in lockdown!!!
I ordered a pair of GANT Chelsea Boots in early October 2020. Bearing in mind that we are in the middle of another lockdown and are limited in what we can do, imagine my surprise and disappointment when the heel of the left boot is already starting to separate from the rest of the boot. These aren’t a cheap boot and with the very limited amount of footfall they have had this is extremely disappointing from a ‘premium’ company such as GANT.

They don't deliverdeliver items to the wrong address and expect you to call multiple flats to figure out where it is items to the address…
They don't deliver items to the address you ask for, then give you a number of a house with multiple flats in it and tell you to go get it. APPALLING. As if I paid for doing walking and investigative work. Unacceptable. They should at least deliver to the right address.

Dramatically reduced quality and fit, new brand required :(
I have been a loyal customer since Gant came to the UK and I dress from head to toe in their cloths. However the quality has taken a nose dive for some reason. I am about to return my entire £600 delivery of shirts, chinos and a jackets and belt all of which is nowhere near the fit or quality of my existing clothes. This presents me with a problem as I didn't used to have to think about what to by now I need to find a different brand. So sad

Lots of choice, both clothing and household items
Easy on-line ordering, easy and quick delivery via courier.
If you need to return, this is easy too

My favourite clothes retailer whose customer service is second to none. I just had conversation with a young lady over the telephone who took my order after a few online glitches. Understanding, helpful, and a voice like the Cadbury’s Caramel bunny. A real sweetheart. Thanks for helping me solve a frustrating online purchase!

Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. Sat on the phone for 30 minutes listening to the most annoying recorded message imaginable, then I was simply cut off with a message that no agents were available.
Can't speak highly enough of this Company
I placed an order Tuesday 21st August, later that day I realised I had ordered the wrong colour! I left a message for Customer Services that evening and the next day I received a message from them to say that they would contact the warehouse and get the item changed. Wednesday 22nd August they confirmed that the item had been despatched and the exchange made. Today, 22nd August my order is out for delivery! What a brilliant service.
